Over the past year I have had my final visit with my Radiation Oncologist at RBH - he doesn't see the need for me to have anymore follow-up visits since I have past the "official" date for my cure.
I also had a follow-up visit with my ENT doctor who gave the all clear once again and he has given me the option of not having to do another visit or going back to visit around my next birthday (which I will take up just for peace of mind)

As mentioned above I am now only having one check-up a year, that being with my ENT doctor. I will up date yearly after this visit (planned for May each year).
My most recent visit showed all is well. I had the scope pushed down my throat, via my nose, and I had the opportunity to see down the back of my throat at the scar tissue etc.

It has been a very long time since I last updated this site - for this I apologize. It has now been 10 years since I had my first visit to the Doctor to work out what the lump was and the have the biopsy. I can report I have been in reasonably good health since my last update and can honestly say been pretty happy with things generally.
